

Online personal training is a fully virtual service that is provided allowing the ability for you to work with a personal trainer to help reach your specially curated goals.
While online personal training doesn't provide hands-on experience, it does not fall short on satisfying the need for individualized training and workout instruction through a video library created by me. I also offer the service of watching my clients during their sessions to better assess in real time, if automatic feedback is something that you desire. On the other hand, those that choose not to utilize that service is required to send video snippets of some of the most technical exercises for technique analysis and feedback.
While in-person training tends to be at a specific location, online personal training allows the flexibility to train whenever and wherever. Online personal training is heavily recommended to those who have irregular, tight, and restricted schedules, as well as those who want a more affordable option to receive the attention they need to succeed.
Through conducting thorough consultation assessments to understand your goals, abilities, limitations, current lifestyle factors, and the availability of readily accessible equipment, I have everything I need to design a workout program with video demonstrations, weekly check-ins, and unlimited access to direct messaging to continually monitor your progress and make adjustments when necessary.
Provided in my monthly service, you have the ability to choose to either have me sit in your sessions via video call and/or send in video snippets of highly technical exercises, which will be requested beforehand, for technique analysis and feedback. Outside of sessions, we check-in weekly for goal setting, nutritional guidance, and overall well-being. I also require photos at the beginning and end of our monthly session calendar to monitor progress and adjust the program for the next corresponding monthly sessions.
Absolutely. You are not required to have any experience to work with an online personal trainer.

First thing, refer to the contact page on my website and shoot me a message with your first and last name, email, phone number, and a message inquiring about a free consultation where we will chat via video message and/or phone call to converse deeper about you and what you would like me to guide you through during our monthly training sessions together.
Secondly, you want to commit to the monthly training. Awesome!!! I'm so grateful to have you as my client. Monthly personal training is $175/month. I accept payment via zelle, apple pay, or venmo. Once payment and paperwork is received, I will then proceed with curating the workout for you and get you started.
Not at all. I make sure that our training sessions are personalized to you and in congruence with what you have. During the consultation, there will be a conversation surrounding what you have accessibility to at the current moment. No need to go out and get a gym membership if you don't have it already. We will make it work!
As apart of signing up to being my client, I require all my clients to fill out some paperwork which is explained during the consultation regarding the contract, liability waiver, and a medical release form. The medical release form is exclusively for those who have health conditions and/or current/recent injuries. All I ask is for honesty.
